    Submit the proposal online, receive the digital contract and sign it electronically. Once validated, the space is made available.

    For storage, contracts of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (monthly billing). For parking, periods of 3, 6 or 12 months.

    Payment is made through a secure link sent with each notice: there you choose MB WAY, a Multibanco reference or card. We also accept bank transfer, cash and cheque — in those cases SIBERTEX records the payment once confirmed, and the account is updated just the same.

    Yes, for an equal period, unless either party gives at least 30 days' notice.

    Lawful goods suitable for the space. There are restrictions (dangerous or perishable goods, uninsured valuables, among others) described in the Terms of Service.

    Yes. You can indicate authorised persons associated with your contract.

    In your customer area, anytime, with movements, payments and documents all in one place.

    The tax document for each payment is made available in digital format.
